KEY NOTE

This is a limited service offering. Once the tenant has taken possession of the property, all ongoing management responsibilities, including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant communication, transfer back to the owner.

Service Discount: Eligible military members, veterans, first responders, and nurses qualify for a discounted leasing fee with valid verification.

Portfolio Owners: Multi property discounts may be available for owners with multiple homes requiring placement services. Please contact us for customized pricing.

Full Service Property Management

FULL SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Designed for owners seeking a truly hands-off, professionally managed experience from start to finish.

Maintenance Reserve:
$500 held in escrow for maintenance and repair coordination under this threshold
