How does the Realtor Referral Program Work?
Referral
Send us the information of your customer or client and let us take it from there! We want you to be able to focus on your real estate career and trust that we will take great care of your clients until they are ready to list.
Compensation
Showing Referral Bonus: Any agent who shows one of our properties to a client, and the client applies and moves in, will receive a referral fee of 10% of the monthly rent. Payment will be made once the tenant takes possession.
Marketing and Tenant Placement Only Referral Bonus: Agents who refer clients that sign a Marketing and Tenant Placement agreement will receive a $250 referral bonus, paid after the tenant takes possession.
Full-Service Management Referral Bonus: Local agents who refer a client that enters into a Full-Service Management agreement with Foundry & Brick will receive a $500 referral bonus, paid after the tenant takes possession.
